Engine Overview

 

The Cummins L10 replaced the older NT Engines as the workhorse. The Cummins L10 is a 10-Liter Engine inline 6 cylinder configuration. The first L10 Cummins Engines were a mechanical style engine. Later the electronics were incorporated into the L10 Cummins Engines. The L10 Cummins Engines were produced from the mid 80's to the late 90's. L10 Engines are known as a very dependable engines and used in many on-highway & off-highway agricultural & industrial applications from Tractors trailers, glyder kits to Pumps.

Drop-in Cummins L10 Engines Dynometer Testing

 

All of NPD's Cummins L10 Complete Drop-In engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each engine dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm
up cycle; three separate cruise segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions; maximum torque and horsepower tests; both high and low idle tests; and a black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant and fuel.

 

 

We supply these L10  Cummins engines in a couple different configurations.

L10 Complete Drop-in Engine                           1 - 3 Months Build Time Depending on parts availability

Some of our Bare Long Blocks, Used & Reconditioned engines do have additional shipping fees. Please contact us for a freight quote.
