Engine Overview

 

The Cummins M11 replaced the older NT Engines as the workhorse. The Cummins M11 is a 11-Liter Engine inline 6 cylinder configuration. The first M11 Cummins Engines were a mechanical style engine. Later the electronics were incorporated into the M11 Cummins Engines. The M11 Cummins Engines were produced from the mid 80's to the late 90's. M11 Engines are known as a very dependable engines and used in many on-highway & off-highway agricultural & industrial applications from Tractors trailers, glyder kits to Pumps.

Drop-in Cummins M11 Engines Dynometer Testing

 

All of NPD's Cummins M11 Complete Drop-In engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each engine dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm
up cycle; three separate cruise segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions; maximum torque and horsepower tests; both high and low idle tests; and a
black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant and fuel.

 

 

We supply these M11 Cummins engines in a couple different configurations.
